Our New Motto!

Thank you to all our entries in our motto competition this year. It was very hard to pick a winner! The Active Team took a long time to look through all of the entries sent in by the teachers. We will be displaying some of the entries around the school as well as we get ready for sports week, so keep an eye out!

Fun in the Garden!

Room 15 have been enjoying the amazing sunshine in our school garden. We have loved looking at the growing flowers and herbs, and identified and enjoyed the lovely aroma of mint, lavender rosemary and lemon balm! Light and Shadows

        Room 15 made the most of the sun when learning about light and shadows this week. We went outside and drew around our shadow poses. When we went out again at a later time of day, we found that  our shadows were in a different place because the sun had moved in the sky.

Playground Games!

  Our 2nd classes have been enjoying learning some new playground games.  These are some of the games they have been trying out.   Ship-sea-shore Children line up on the centre of the yard. Cross Country Race Day

An excellent day spent at the Cross Country Competition today in The Centre of Excellence, Hawkfield. We are so proud of our teams and thanks to our teachers Mr. Dooley and Ms Gill for bringing them to the event today. Gymnastics Room 15

Room 15 have been enjoying gymnastics with Carla for the past few weeks. Today we learned how to forward roll properly. Well done everyone who participated so well! 


First Confessions

Measurement Maths Trail Rm 15

Room 15 were busy out in the sunshine today taking measurements of various parts of the yard. It was great to get out and enjoy some outside learning today with Ms. McHugh!
