Confirmation – 14th March

Today, the 14th of March, our 6th classes made their Confirmation. The three classes have been working towards this day all year and have been really looking forward to the occasion.

As part of their preparation for Confirmation, they have learnt about the Holy Spirit, attended mass on Fridays, gone to Confession, attended a retreat in the Parish Centre and received regular visits from our Chaplin, Fr. Eugene. Each child prepared a piece of art based on the Confirmation Name they chose.

Confirmation is a special day in the life of a young person and we as a school community, wish them all the very best. We’d like to thank them for all their hard work over the year and also thank parents for their support of the Confirmation programme in the Parish.
