Halloween Stories

Room 5 were very busy before Halloween creating stories to read to second class. They wrote and illustrated some very spooktacular stories called Larry the Hypnotizing Horror, The Adventures of Second Class and Crickle Thorn, Bad Weather, The Adventures of Air Max, Fiddle Me Tea, Attack of the Vegetable Monster and The Island Monster. Tricolour Presentation

On the 7th of October 2015 Lt. Emma Harney visited St. Conleth and Mary’s and presented our school with our national flag. Our flag will be raised, along with all primary and secondary schools, on March 15th 2016. Lt. Harney told us all about the history of the Irish flag and explained how we should care for it. Happy Halloween

All the children are very busy preparing for Halloween with lots of lovely art! The second classes have created a colourful display of witches and Frankenstein heads in our foyer. On Friday 23rd of October the children will have the opportunity to dress up. We are looking forward to seeing some great costumes!

School Reopens 1st September

Welcome back to all our children, parents and staff. We hope you had an enjoyable Summer! St. Conleth and Mary’s Primary School reopens Tuesday 1st September 9.10am for all children. The school day ends at 2:50pm. Please take care crossing the road and use the new pedestrian crossing.
